Lazia, 8 January 2016 — The Confederation of Mahuset has been officially established, with its constituent states the recently revived State of Matsia, the Duchy of Alkmaar, the Duchy of Geestmerambacht, the County of Noorderhout and the County of Ihuset. A territory bordering several constituent states has been declared the Free City of Lazia.
A constitution has been drafted and signed by Emiel van der Huijsen — Duke of Alkmaar, Duke of Geestmerambacht, Count of Noorderhout, Count of Ihuset and now President of Mahuset. It has yet to be signed by Matthies Kersbergen, the King of Matsia, though he has confirmed the state to be established.
