Lazia, 18 July 2016 — Failure to vote will now automatically count as an abstention in the Lazian Chamber, under a change proposed by President Emiel van der Huijsen under Article 65 of the constitution.
The president said: "This will aid in the many laws I have been trying to pass, and it will also end up making Mahuset more active."
