Lazia, 26 April 2022 — The National Convention of 2019 has established the Federal Technical Advisory Council, an advisory body made up of the federal government, the Fatherland Union and the Mahusetan National University.

The council drew together the federal government, the Fatherland Union and the Mahusetan National University in a single advisory body. It was among the institutions created on 26 April 2022, a day of sweeping reorganisation that also merged a dozen institutes into the new national university.
