Mahuset honours the first man to walk in space, who has died at 85.

Mamucium, 12 October 2019 — The Mahusetan government has ordered all flags in Mahuset flown at half-mast in memory of the Russian cosmonaut Alexei Leonov, the first man to walk in space, who has died aged 85.
Leonov became the first person to conduct a spacewalk in 1965, floating above the Earth for twelve minutes, tethered to his spacecraft by a 4.8-metre cable. Beyond that feat he commanded the Soviet side of the first joint US-Soviet mission, Soyuz-Apollo, in 1975, and became an inspiration to many in his native Russia and beyond; his funeral is expected on 15 October.
“I’m incredibly saddened by the loss of the legendary cosmonaut,” the president said. “His venture into the depths of space began the history that made not only the International Space Station possible, but also the modern world as a whole. May he rest in peace.”
