Lazia, 28 June 2026 — The Lazian Bank has revealed new banknote designs for the Mahusetan guilder, the Confederation’s currency.

The Lazian Bank, the Confederation’s central bank, has issued Mahusetan notes since the currency’s introduction, its earlier series depicting the fauna of the Confederation’s constituent territories on one face and engraved portraits on the other. The guilder, denoted by the florin sign ƒ, is the unit in which Mahusetan public accounts are kept.

The designs are prepared by the Mahusetan Institute for the Arts, which has shaped much of the visual character of the Confederation’s public life, from its banknotes to its state symbols. The bank gave no timetable for the new notes’ entry into circulation.
