Lazia, 16 October 2016 — The Khanate of Nedland and the Confederation of Mahuset have signed a treaty of free travel, intended to ease complications over borders.
The treaty was intended to smooth the practical difficulties of the two states’ intertwined and overlapping territorial claims. It was signed at the same session that saw Mahuset recognise a raft of foreign states and adopt the metric system, and formed part of a close early relationship with the Khanate — one that would later founder over a proposed union.
