Lazia, 2 July 2024 — Chad Lord-Stadtholder Emiel van der Huijsen has congratulated Dick Schoof on becoming prime minister of the Netherlands — a matter of particular note to the Confederation, much of whose claimed territory lies within the Kingdom.
"We extend our warm congratulations to Prime Minister Schoof and wish our Dutch neighbours stability and good government," the lord-stadtholder said.
