The match for third place, originally to be held at Duck Island, will now be played in Mamucium. The final, originally to be held in Yotam City, will be played in Lazia.
Yotamistan had withdrawn from the competition before it began, citing undisclosed technical issues, but stayed on as one of three organising co-hosts alongside Brennonia and Hasanistan. Its dissolution came during the later stage of the tournament. Mahuset is now listed among the hosts.
MOC*MSF said Mahuset had taken on the fixtures at the organisers' request. “Yotamistan did a great deal of work to make this tournament happen, and it is a shame it will not see the end of it,” a spokesperson said. “We are glad to keep the last two matches on the calendar.”
Brennonia reached the final by beating Tymbarc 7–2 at Brennongrad on 9 August, and Tymbarc will contest the match for third place. The remaining semi-final is to be played at Batyr, Hasanistan.
Mahuset will host both fixtures without appearing in either, having gone out to Tymbarc in the quarter-finals last month. The federation called the arrangement “a different sort of honour, and one we intend to discharge properly”.
