Lazia, 24 November 2019 — A Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has been established in Mahuset.
The society was founded on the same day as a Mahusetan Red Cross and a move to formalise the rules of someball, the native Mahusetan sport — one of several civic bodies created during a busy stretch of late 2019. Its establishment reflected a strong animal-welfare current in Mahusetan policy, expressed elsewhere in a ban on the declawing of cats.
