Lazia, 9 November 2019 — The National Convention of 2019 has established a Meme Warfare Centre within the Cyber Force, tasked with countering disinformation about Mahuset — especially from pro-GUM fake-news websites — and spreading accurate information.
President Van der Huijsen called fake news "an existential threat to the continued existence of democracy in the Confederation".
