Ministry condemns 'rash' decisions over AstraZeneca vaccine

The environment and public health ministry criticises the international response to the jab.

Lazia, 9 April 2021 — The Ministry of Environment and Public Health has condemned what it described as "rash treatment and decisions" surrounding the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.

The Ministry of Environment and Public Health criticised what it called “rash treatment and decisions” in the international response to the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine, amid the suspensions imposed by several governments over rare clotting concerns. The intervention was of a piece with the Confederation’s broader, sometimes contrarian, commentary on the handling of the pandemic.
