Lazia, 22 June 2019 — The National Convention of 2019 has unanimously agreed to form a separate Ministry of Immigration, to devise programmes to grow the Confederation's small citizenry, amid renewed calls following XO's departure.
The National Convention created the ministry to devise programmes for growing the Confederation’s small citizenry, amid renewed alarm after the departure of the co-founder XO. Citizenship shortages would recur as one of the defining preoccupations of Mahusetan public life, prompting open forums, recruitment drives and, at their sharpest, warnings that the Confederation risked its democratic character.
