Lazia, 9 December 2018 — The Lazian Chamber has split the anti-corruption function off from the government to form the National Foundation for Combatting Corruption.

The Lazian Chamber split the anti-corruption function off from the government to form the new foundation, one of a series of measures passed at the same December sitting. The move gave the Confederation a dedicated body to guard against corruption, independent of the ministries it was meant to watch.
