Lazia, 18 February 2016 — Nuri van Dijk, Prince of Radon, is to take over the Mahusetan presidency temporarily, after the failure of President Emiel van der Huijsen's notebook computer left him unable to exercise his duties. Van der Huijsen will remain Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Van der Huijsen said: "Following me being unable to acquire funds to replace my notebook computer, and therefore a fairly inactive period in Mahuset, I have chosen to temporarily instill my duties as president in Nuri I, Prince of Radon. I shall however stay in charge of foreign affairs. I wish him the best for his reign."

Van Dijk said: "It is great, being chosen as a head of state of another micronation. It's great to have been chosen as a president of Mahuset, and I hope my reign of benevolence goes well."
