Lazia, 26 April 2022 — The Confederation of Mahuset has merged its two intelligence bodies — the Mahusetan Security Agency and the Mahusetan Military Intelligence Agency — into a single service, the Mahusetan Intelligence Agency (MIA).

The new agency brings the Confederation's civilian security and military intelligence functions together under one body. The merger formed part of the wide-ranging reorganisation of Mahusetan institutions announced on 26 April.
