Lazia, 9 November 2016 — The Lazian Chamber, together with the Duchy of Alkmaar, has ceded two blocks to the Khanate of Nedland, to be known as the Dependency of Alkland.

The cession, agreed by the Lazian Chamber together with the Duchy of Alkmaar, created the Dependency of Alkland from two Mahusetan blocks handed to the Khanate of Nedland. It was a further sign of the close, if complicated, territorial relationship between the two neighbours, whose entanglements would later frustrate an attempted union.
