Van der Huijsen elected chair of the Konmalehth

The Mahusetan president wins the inter-micronational organisation's top office.

Lazia, 2 July 2019 — President Emiel van der Huijsen has been elected chair of the Konmalehth, winning by 13 votes to two abstentions after a three-day ballot. Connor Stumperth was elected vice-chair, defeating Vilcho by nine votes to six.

The president won the chairmanship by 13 votes to two abstentions after a three-day ballot, with Connor Stumperth elected vice-chair. The victory placed a Mahusetan at the head of the inter-micronational organisation, and days later the Confederation would bar itself from joining the rival Grand Unified Micronational, aligning itself squarely with the Konmalehth.
