Lazia, 23 November 2021 — The National Convention of 2019 has adopted a basic copyright law conforming to the principles of the Berne Convention and other relevant international law. The government noted that, "in layman's terms", nothing had changed, since copyright had to be respected in any case. The law was one of a cluster of measures passed by the Convention on a busy day of law-making.
