Lazia, 22 February 2026 — Mahuset has been classified as "LGBT-friendly" in the latest Statistic-DIME LGBT Rights Index, scoring 7.4 out of a possible 28.1.
The index records no criminal penalties, an equal age of consent, equal healthcare and the right of LGBT people to serve in government and the military, but notes the absence of a codified anti-discrimination statute or unified marriage-equality framework — reflecting Mahuset's hybrid legal model after the National Convention abandoned its effort to draft comprehensive codes.
