Lazia, 7 November 2021 — The National Convention of 2019 has established the honorific title "Chad", a non-hereditary designation for individuals of exceptional merit in Mahusetan public life, carrying recognition but no legal privilege.

In its first conferment, the National Convention granted the title to the four patres patriae: President Emiel van der Huijsen, Prime Minister Chase Nanatovich, Deputy Prime Minister Hasan Çakar and the Count of Noorderhout, Shady Hosam Morsi — chosen for their formative roles in the Confederation's constitutional, diplomatic and cultural life.
