Lazia, 29 May 2026 — The Confederation of Mahuset has marked Mahuset Day, its national day, with ceremonies commemorating 14 years since the state's founding in 2012.

Chad Lord-Stadtholder Emiel van der Huijsen led the events with a formal address, describing the anniversary as "a moment to look back on 14 years of work". He noted that Mahuset had grown from "a small and uncertain project" into "a confederation with functioning institutions", joked that at 14 it was "older than the average micronationalist", and said the milestone should be seen "not as an endpoint, but as a waypoint".
