Lazia, 13 January 2016 — The Confederation of Mahuset has established diplomatic relations with the United Islands, following a Mahusetan request. The treaty was drafted by President Emiel van der Huijsen.

The treaty was one of a series of recognitions concluded by the Confederation in its first weeks, as the newly founded state set about building a diplomatic network within the micronational community. Like many of Mahuset’s earliest treaties, it was drafted by President Emiel van der Huijsen himself.
